What is Tree Crown Reduction?
Tree crown reduction is the process of reducing the height and/or the spread of the tree's crown (the foliage). Crown reduction may be used to reduce stress on individual branches or the whole tree, reduce the risk of large branches falling or to minimise light loss onto your property.
What is Tree Crown Lifting?
Crown lifting is the removal of the lowest branches of the tree and/or preparing lower branches for future removal.

Crown lifting is an effective method of increasing light transmission to areas closer to the tree or to enable access under the crown.
What is Tree Crown Thinning?
Crown thinning is the removal of a portion of smaller branches from the tree, usually the outer crown, to produce an even density of foliage around an evenly spaced branch structure. Crown thinning does not change the overall shape or size of the tree.
